Personal Training

We offer a range of personal training options to help you reach your goals. Whether you prefer the individual attention of 1-on-1 training or the camaraderie of semi-private training with a group of 2-3 others, we have something for everyone. All of our members receive continuous personal outreach from our client success manager, ensuring that you have the amount of support necessary to stay accountable to your fitness goals.

Nutrition

We know that everyone's nutrition needs are unique, which is why we take a personalized approach to our nutrition services. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your overall health, we can help you get there. Recovery

Recovery is an important and necessary part of reaching any fitness goal. At Trainbetr we offer state of the art contrast therapy through the methods of cold plunge, hot tub, and sauna. We have the best commercial equipment on the market for making this level of recovery available for all of our member absolutely for free. Recent research suggests that frequent cold plunging and sauna specifically can lead to a decrease in general inflammation, improved mood and decrease in stress, better quality of sleep, and faster muscular recovery.

Your plan has been defined and you’re ready to start. We’ll help you execute it with our 3 pillar system.

3. Have fun reaching your goals

Once you’ve got the basics down, we continue working with you to help you reach your goals and push you beyond what you thought was possible.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Train 1-on-1 with a certified personal trainer for more individualized programming and attention.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Train with a group of 2-3 others with semi-private personal training. With semi-private training you get the accountability, personal programming, and attention of a certified personal trainer with the camaraderie of a small group of others.

Nutrition Coaching

We create for you a customized nutrition plan and give you access to our database of recipes and a done-for-you grocery cart with approved foods. Your nutrition coach will monitor your activity and provide daily accountability.

Cold Plunge/ Hot Tub
