Recovery is a crucial and often overlooked part of achieving any fitness goal. At Trainbetr, we provide state-of-the-art contrast therapy, featuring cold plunges, a hot tub, and a sauna. Using the best commercial-grade equipment available, we make this level of recovery accessible to all our members—completely free of charge.

Your plan has been defined and you’re ready to start. We’ll help you execute it with our 3 pillar system.

3. Have fun reaching your goals

Once you’ve got the basics down, we continue working with you to help you reach your goals and push you beyond what you thought was possible.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Train 1-on-1 with a certified personal trainer for more individualized programming and attention.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Train with a group of 2-3 others with semi-private personal training. With semi-private training you get the accountability, personal programming, and attention of a certified personal trainer with the camaraderie of a small group of others.

Nutrition Coaching

We create for you a customized nutrition plan and give you access to our database of recipes and a done-for-you grocery cart with approved foods. Your nutrition coach will monitor your activity and provide daily accountability.

Recover

Cold Plunge/ Hot Tub

Experience the rejuvenating effects of contrast bathing, a powerful therapy that alternates between hot and cold water to enhance your overall well-being. This invigorating practice promotes improved circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and accelerates recovery, making it ideal for athletes and anyone seeking relief from physical stress.
