I’ve spent over 15 years helping people build strength, improve their health, and feel confident in their own skin. As a dad of four, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life, so I focus on training that’s practical, effective, and tailored to you. My approach blends proven techniques with a personal touch, making workouts something you actually look forward to.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll find me chasing my kids around, lifting weights, or reading philosophy over a good cup of coffee. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and I love helping others find their own way to make it part of theirs.

William Vantrease, MS, CSCS, RSCC - Personal Trainer
William is a certified strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with a master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University. He specializes in evidence-based training, Olympic weightlifting, and performance coaching. As an assistant professor in kinesiology and faculty sponsor of the Lipscomb Strength Club, William blends academic expertise with real-world coaching to help clients reach their full potential in a safe, effective, and engaging way.
Alec Cametti - BAchelor in Exercise Science - Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Alec — Certified Personal Trainer
I grew up in Marshfield, just outside Boston, and have been passionate about sports and fitness from an early age—especially basketball (go Celtics!). My training philosophy started as a personal journey toward feeling confident and healthy, and has evolved into helping others achieve the same.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Endicott College and specialize in creating safe, engaging, and results-driven programs tailored to each client’s goals. Whether it’s strength training, conditioning, or functional fitness, I’m committed to making workouts effective and fun.
Outside the gym, you’ll find me skiing in the winter, skimboarding in the summer, or playing music on my guitar and piano.
Nathan Peterson - ACE Certified Personal Trainer
Nathan is the head trainer at Trainbetr. Nathan studied Kinesiology at Pointe Loma Nazarene University and has a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals by addressing lifestyle and habit changes both inside and outside the gym. Nathan’s specialty is weight loss and nutrition planning.
