Hybrid training blends strength and endurance into one structured workout. Each class combines functional movements with cardio intervals to build real-world fitness—power, stamina, and mental toughness.

Timed intervals + race-style pacing
Full-body conditioning
WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS
Warm-Up (5–10 min)
Dynamic movement prep + mobility
Skill / Strength Block (10–15 min)
Technique-focused work (e.g., sled push, carries)
Main Hybrid Workout (20–30 min)
Circuit-style or race-style training combining:
