Hybrid Performance Training

WHAT IS HYBRID TRAINING?

Hybrid training blends strength and endurance into one structured workout. Each class combines functional movements with cardio intervals to build real-world fitness—power, stamina, and mental toughness.

  • Strength work (sleds, carries, lunges)

  • Cardio machines (row, ski, run)

  • Timed intervals + race-style pacing

  • Full-body conditioning
